At ResQ, our mission is bold and simple: to create economic empowerment for the service industry. We’re here for the tradespeople and entrepreneurs who keep our communities running. They’re not chasing hype — they’re fighting for independence, stability, and freedom. These are the underdogs being squeezed by outdated systems and Goliath incumbents. We exist to flip that script with modern tools, AI, and support that help them grow faster, smarter, and more profitably.

We hire for attitude, values alignment, ownership, and impact. Titles don’t matter at ResQ. What matters is your curiosity, initiative, and desire to do meaningful work that actually moves the needle for our customers and our mission. We move fast, challenge assumptions, and push ourselves to get 1% better every day. We use AI and modern tools to amplify our work — not as an afterthought, but as a core part of how we build.

We operate more like a pro sports team than a family: high standards, clear accountability, continuous improvement, and a winning attitude. Managers act as coaches — setting context, removing obstacles, and leading by example. Every ResQer is expected to live our values, take extreme ownership, deliver “WOW” experiences for customers, and raise the bar for the team around them.

We believe small, empowered teams create the biggest outcomes. We stay lean so we can stay fast — building, testing, learning, and breaking through walls when needed. If something doesn’t drive meaningful impact, we cut it. If it does, we double down.
