🎉 Hooray! You've accepted your offer!

You got the job? Congratulations!! We’re excited to welcome you to the team.

We strive to make our onboarding process as transparent as possible the second you join ResQ. Our onboarding process splits up into two phases:

Pre-onboarding

Once you accept your offer you begin your employee journey with ResQ 🥳. At this stage you transition from being supported by our Talent team to onboarding!

Hibob invitation

The first invitation you’re going to receive is to fill out your information in Hibob. We use Hibob as our HR system for a number of things including tracking vacation time, performance development, and document management.

As part of the pre-onboarding process, you will receive a welcome email where you will need to fill out some information. Please ensure you fill this out at least 2 week before your start date (if possible).

Welcome package

For those employees based in the USA, we will work to ship out a welcome package to you about a week before your start date. Our IT Manager might email you to confirm your address and ensure you’re able to receive the package once delivered. Our welcome packages are a surprise 🤫. Along with the welcome package, we also deliver your laptop.

Be on the look out for emails from the team taking you through your ResQ email and Slack set up. Please try to have your Slack account set up before your first day.

I-9 Paperwork [🇺🇸 US Only]

For our US employees, we have a bit more paperwork to get through. A week before your start date you will receive an invitation to submit your information to ADP. After which you will book a time with our People Operations Manager to complete your I-9.

Please have your passport handy at the meeting so we can virtually check your identity. If you do not have a passport please have two documents that establish your identity from the US I-9 acceptable B and C Document list.
